Hiring: Lead – MES & Industry 4.0 Systems

Chakan Plant, Pune | 5–12 Years

We are looking for a hands-on MES & Industry 4.0 Leader who can architect, develop, and scale modern Manufacturing Execution Systems — not just implement existing platforms, but build and integrate solutions from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & develop MES applications (Production, Quality, Traceability, Material Workflows)
• Build real-time data pipelines from machines to cloud
• Integrate MES with PLC/SCADA, ERP (SAP), WMS, QMS
• Develop APIs, microservices & data models
• Enable streaming data, dashboards & analytics
• Drive cloud integration (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Ensure stable live plant operations & high system uptime
