We are currently looking to hire a MES Integration Consultant profiles with SAP MM & PP experience with hands-on experience integrating MES solutions with SAP ERP systems. The ideal candidate will lead the technical and functional design of MES–SAP interfaces, ensure seamless data flows across systems, and support end-to-end manufacturing execution integration within a complex SAP landscape.. Contract Period: 12 months, extendable

Shift : 6 am to 3 pm IST

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong functional knowledge in SAP MM and SAP PP modules.
• Proven experience in MES integration projects (SAP ERP to MES), including integration design, configuration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and master data relevant to manufacturing and materials (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
• Experience with integration technologies such as IDoc, ALE, EDI, XML, API, BAPI, and middleware tools (SAP PI/PO or CPI).
• Familiarity with SAP MES frameworks like SAP MII, SAP ME, or FactoryLogix and production execution data flows.
• Excellent process-oriented thinking with ability to map manufacturing requirements to system capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work with cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing operations, and business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES integration efforts between SAP and manufacturing execution systems (MES), ensuring seamless data exchange for production and material processes.
• Design, configure, and validate interface flows (e.G., IDocs, XML, file-based, API) for key process data such as Material Master, BOMs, Work Orders, Production Orders, Inventory, Goods Movements, and Confirmation postings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document integration needs, and translate business process flows into technical designs.
• Support SAP MM & SAP PP configuration and enhancements to ensure correct master data, procurement, material planning, production scheduling, and confirmations work in sync with MES.
