**Your Job**
MES PEX will give support to the Manufacturing Execution System team to improve processes, training and close gaps in plans.
**Our Team**
This role will collaborate across the facility to develop and execute different strategies.
**What You Will Do**
- Support with Transformation Agents, Super Users / Testers, and Trainers or serve as one of the listed roles
- Provide input into design decisions and localization fit / gap assessments.
- Drive identification of solution and business process gaps during localization process. Drive development of gap closure and mitigation plans
- Represent division, local, regional, and functional requirements and knowledge
- Address function-specific issues, risks, change requests as escalated from process lead
- Provide input into training material development
