To strengthen the internal IT Helpdesk, we are looking for a service-oriented professional who provides reliable first-level support and assists employees across the organisation with technical inquiries.

Your Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be the support and further development of the Manufacturing Execution System. This includes modelling and testing MES master recipes, specifying and validating new system functionalities, and providing first-level support for end users in a regulated production environment. You will work closely with Business, Quality Assurance, and IT, and actively contribute to ongoing projects.
