Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end users for all MES-related issues.
  • Ensure 24×7 operational support to enable uninterrupted global manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous coverage.

  • Respond to and resolve MES incidents and service requests received via email, remote support tools, and ITSM platforms, within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow request queues, specifically under EA – Camstar.
