The MES Lead is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the Manufacturing Execution System in a discrete manufacturing facility. The role ensures reliable system operation, integration with shopfloor and ERP systems, and continuous improvement of digital manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead MES configuration, testing, deployment, and enhancements.
· Translate manufacturing requirements into MES workflows and logic.
· Provide Level 2/3 MES support and perform root-cause analysis.
· Ensure seamless integration between MES, ERP, SCADA/PLC, and shopfloor equipment.
· Support process standardization and digital improvement initiatives.
· Maintain MES documentation and deliver training to end users.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
