Key Responsibilities:
This role provides high-level technical support, automation capability and M365/IAM expertise to support Vertiv clients. A key part of the role involves handling both Incident and Request ticket, deep understanding with the workflow processes of Operations and identifying workflow that are ready for developing automations, integrations and data driven insights using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerShell. Nice to Have - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
This backfill post will also contribute to improving internal process refinement, knowledge base article creation and will take participation with the quarterly KT sessions with GSD. This role also requires strong technical capability, excellent problem solving skills, and a proactive solution-oriented approach aligned with Vertiv IT management service standards.
