Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-performing paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS) for our e-commerce brands. You should have a strong grasp of data, ad creative, and audience targeting — and be confident making decisions that directly impact revenue growth. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a genuine passion for paid media and e-commerce growth.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns with trackable results - Minimum 3 years
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, optimisation, and pixel data
  • Strong copywriting and creative direction skills for ad creatives
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to A/B test and iterate rapidly
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads or Google Ads is a bonus
  • Experience working with UK/EU/US e-commerce markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Develop media buying strategies to scale profitable ad accounts
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights to improve ROI and CPA
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief and test new ad creatives
  • Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Report regularly on campaign performance and budget pacing
  • Manage daily budgets, scaling and adjusting spend based on performance
  • Ad Copy: Develop compelling ad copy aligned with the brand's goals and audience.
  • KPI Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators across paid media channels to measure success.
  • Task Prioritization: Identify key priorities within multiple projects and ensure to stay focused on high-impact activities that drive the most value.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication, presenting performance reports, growth strategies, and ensuring alignment on goals.
  • Growth Initiative Prioritization: Strategically prioritize growth initiatives by evaluating their potential impact, aligning them with our goals, and ensuring resources are allocated to the most critical opportunities.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored growth plans for each of our e-commerce brands, focusing on scaling revenue and optimizing profit margins
