Role: Meta Ads Performance Marketer
Location: Surat (In-Office Only)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting from ₹2.5 L (based on experience & performance)
What you’ll do:
Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns with ₹1 L+ daily budgets
Maintain strict ROAS targets across D2 C brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle)
Work closely with creative & strategy teams to build winning ad funnels
Analyze data, test creatives, audiences & offers for continuous growth
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads for D2 C / e Commerce brands
Proven record of scaling campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of performance metrics & attribution
Surat-based or willing to relocate (in-office role)
