Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and ROAS-driven performance marketing .
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and conversions
Build and manage campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, and budgets
Perform audience research , custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad frequency
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and video ads
