Urgently Hiring: Meta Ads Specialist


We’re looking for a performance-focused Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and scale high-converting Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for Australian businesses across multiple industries.

If you understand audience targeting, creatives, funnels, and ROAS, and love testing what actually converts — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create & manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Build full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Leads → Sales)
  • Audience research, custom & lookalike audience setup
  • Ad creative strategy (copy + visual direction)
  • A/B testing of creatives, hooks, formats & CTAs
  • Pixel, CAPI & conversion tracking setup
  • See campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS
  • Budget allocation & scaling winning campaigns
  • Weekly & monthly performance reporting
