Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Chennai. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, creating ad copies and visuals, monitoring budgets, and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives. The specialist will collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
- Expertise in managing Meta Ads, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Strong skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking for ad campaigns
- Ability to create compelling ad content, including ad copies and visuals
- Knowledge of budgeting and bid strategies to maximize ROI for advertising efforts
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and an understanding of customer behaviors and trends
- Relevant experience in digital advertising or performance marketing roles, with certifications in Meta marketing highly desirable
