This is a full-time, on-site position for a Meta Ads Specialist located in Chennai. The chosen candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ad strategies to achieve business goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting audience research, identifying target demographics, and troubleshooting ad performance issues.

• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads across platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Skills in audience research, ad performance analytics, and campaign reporting
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and budget management
• Familiarity with using A/B testing and tracking tools to evaluate and improve ad effectiveness
• Strong communication and analytical skills to interpret data and present actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Experience with other paid marketing platforms is a plus
• Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or similar advertising credentials are advantageous
