About the Role

Working in the domestic and commercial sector, you will be reporting in the Business Manager and working alongside other roofers. You will be working with a team of technicians who understand that open communication, running on time and their reliability sets them apart from their competition. Key Responsibilities
Your role will include but not be limited to: Provide support, advice, coaching and supervision of a team of 4 roofers or more at times
Installing metal roofing panels and making custom roof and guttering pieces in the shop.
Operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and multiple electric and air compress tools following OSHA safety procedures.
Measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls.
Smoothing out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for new shingles or waterproofing.
Replacing areas of clients' roofs that are damaged or rotting.
