Role Description

The Metallurgical Engineer will be responsible for  microstructure, inclusion , grain size, decarb, Tensile , hardness, Impact test.The Metallurgical Engineer will use this testing to make. recommendations and solutions to solve problems with manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Materials Science knowledge

Expertise in Metallurgy and Corrosion testing

Experience in Failure Analysis

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques

Roles And Responsibilities

Planning, determining, coordinating and controlling the processes concerning to quality.

Planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output.

Responsible for Incoming heat treatment material testing like as case carburizing, nitriding, normalizing,annealing, hardening & tempering, induction hardening.

Give first piece approval for induction hardening process.
