• Knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes
• Knowledge of rotor stack processes
• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
• Handling of technical and work documentation
• Use of precision measuring tools
• Ability to solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes
• Ability to solve technical problems in rotor assembly processes (knowledge of machining processes is a plus)
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Knowledge of SCHENCK machinery (desirable)
