Job Description
Under direct supervision of the Staff Engineer Managing, Juarez Metrology Labs, provides direct support to the Metrology Labs in Juarez by executing standard measurement and inspection methods and assisting in the development and validation of new methodologies for Shure's global metrology labs. The Engineer I contributes to advanced measurement development initiatives by performing analysis, data collection, and documentation to support corporate directives, working closely with respective engineers within the global metrology, including inspection measurement methodologies, training, and equipment. Measurement development initiatives will include but not be limited to: developing corporate measurement technology plans, analysis, determining implications of measurement uncertainty, influencing internal and external projects for new technologies and novel applications to support Shure needs.
