Job Description
**Objective**
Responsible for performing MSA surveys, maintaining records of surveys, reviewing results and their graphs Timely notification of external and internal calibration schedule. Manage calibration/internal verification reports.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of the quality system of measuring equipment by means of equipment calibration.
- Follow up on the compliance of external calibrations and delivery of calibration reports.
- Regularly audit all equipment in the plant using masters.
- Issue findings for system non-conformances.
- Closure of audit findings
- Conduct audits in operational and service areas to ensure that equipment not registered in the system is not being used.
- CDN Management
- Daily dimensional status
- Statistical Control
- Preventive Matrix
- Update of Area Score Card
