MFD Technician

oeDigital is looking for a hands-on MFD Technician to join our team full-time in Ballarat . If you enjoy diagnosing faults, repairing devices properly the first time, and helping customers keep their print environments running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

This role is focused on multifunction devices (MFDs) —service, maintenance, repairs, installs, and customer support.

What you’ll be doing

• Repairing, servicing, and maintaining MFDs (on-site and occasionally remote support)
• Installing new devices, configuring settings, and confirming reliable print/scan performance
• Troubleshooting hardware faults and basic network/print issues (drivers, queues, connectivity)
• Managing service calls, job notes, and parts usage with clear, accurate records
