This role involves hands-on participation in production line debugging, pilot builds, and process validation. This role works closely with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to high-volume production, while meeting manufacturability, quality, and cost targets. this role is responsible for defining and executing the manufacturing strategy for new High-Speed Cable (HSC) products, ensuring process scalability, reliability, and alignment with product performance requirements.
