工作內容
Key Responsibilities:•Develops and guides the Process Engineering team to meet business goals and objectives for the assigned manufacturing platforms.•Directly manages a team of process engineers and process technicians•Coaches team in development of technical performance metrics and dashboards (yield, process capability, cycle time, OEE, etc.) for assigned manufacturing platforms.•Promotes culture of innovation and continuous improvement to reduce manufacturing costs, increase production efficiency, and improve process capability.•Reviews and approves validation documentation.•Ensures that team members follow all regulatory and company guidelines related to Quality, Compliance, EHS&S, and Financial reporting.•Support and develop close collaboration between Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Planning, and Strategic Sourcing.
