Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or educational equivalent field.
  • 7+ years of experience in related Quality Assurance.
  • Former Lead or Managerial experience preferred.
  • Advanced English.
About The Role

Ensuring product quality from design to production, through the implementation of advanced quality tools, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct a team focused on ensuring only high‑quality products.
  • Drive and manage individual timing to complete project and test development deliverables.
  • Responsible for cradle‑to‑grave product performance and conformance.
  • Identify and provide training opportunities to the team to develop new capabilities.
  • Manage product testing and manufacturing problem‑solving throughout projects as needed.
