The Reservations Manager is primarily responsible for the coaching, development, employee relations and corrective actions of their team. In this role, the Manager will work to drive the key skills and traits necessary to perform Customer Engagement Center(CEC) service functions at expected levels and will provide coaching and guidance to associates on a regular basis. Key to the effort will be overall team performance measured against CEC key performance indicators. The Manager will be expected to work with his/her team to continually improve performance through personal interaction, skill enhancement, training and other techniques.
