Summary

This role requires an APEGA-registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with deep technical expertise, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance hands‑on engineering with team development and process discipline. The Engineering Manager provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for all engineering activities within our Global Heat Transfer (GHT) product line. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, driving innovation, and supporting both production engineering and new product development (NPD). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pressure vessel codes, specifically CSA B51, and ASME Section VIII for Category H Pressure Fittings and ABSA/CRN/ASME design submissions and management.
