MGR, Engineering – Workforce Identity & Access Management

Accomplishes results primarily through management of experienced specialists who exercise significant latitude and independence. Provides strategic direction to the Identity Engineering Integrations (IEI) team within the IAM organization. Deeply understands and empathizes with the Engineering Community and can build solutions which empower them to seamlessly integrate authentication and secrets management industry-leading best practices. This includes driving technical capabilities such as privilege management, certificate lifecycle management, secrets management, and enforcing conditional access policies to ensure secure and scalable identity solutions. Develops budgets, schedules, and team objectives and metrics derived from organizational goals.
