Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the supply of materials is in place to satisfy production requirements and delivers efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements.

Job Requirements

• Planning and Budgeting
  Follow up process to develop budget and ensure plan can be completed
• Policies and Procedures
  (i)Follow up global procedure to develop local procedure/process to provide working guidelines and direction for the dept
  (ii)Lead team to optimize the dept process. procedure. Setup WI for major material activity, to simplify and standardized the operation
• People Management and Development
  (i)Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports;
  (ii)Set up suitable and aggressive target for team, review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance;
