The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Buyers supporting both intercompany (TE internal) and external supplier procurement. This role sits between the Supply Chain Manager and the Buyer team, translating plant and network-level supply plans into disciplined purchasing execution.
The Manager ensures material availability, backlog health, supplier performance, and transactional accuracy through standard work, SAP execution, and cross-functional coordination. The role partners closely with Planning, Operations, Quality, Finance, Global Trade Compliance, and Supplier Management to support stable production flow, on-time delivery, and inventory objectives.<...
