Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking an MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for the DDN BU in the Philippines. The MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power connector assemblies and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to:
• Develop a power connector assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development.
• Drive excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods.
• Strive to implement new manufacturing technologies to improve process and tolerance control.
• Support Product Development in the optimization designs (DFM) and piece parts for manufacturability; realize sample tooling, product samples, and prototypes.
