Job Overview

The Supplier Quality Manager works as direct interface and key contact towards TE’s Supply Base. Responsible for continuous Quality Performance improvements, ensures that Suppliers fulfil ISO 9001 as well as TE specific requirements. This function ensures a proper communication and supports cross functional activities at our external suppliers.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

• Work with procurement and other cross function team to realize our souring strategy locally.
• Ensure the supplier to be compliance with quality and regulation standards.
• Make a strategic quality plan and lead the SQE team to achieve by regular basis.
• Track the supplier quality performance and drive the overall supplier quality improvement.
• Organize and Perform Suppliers Scorecard Reviews, Business Reviews, Complaint reviews and other management reviews.
