**Mgr Master Data - req1619**
**OVERVIEW**
Will lead effort to improve efficiencies across master data processes. Responsible for managing master data for all modalities and products. Directly responsible for management of price book for all products and services offered by Canon Medical Systems USA (CMSU).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Own and manage all aspects of the master data processes and quoting for CMSU products and services.
+ Accountable for accurate and smooth coordination of master data functions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Service and Operations.
+ Lead efforts to achieve operational excellence across all areas of master data through process improvement of associated tools (e.g., Oracle, SharePoint, Salesforce)
+ Establish and maintain adequate data control processes to ensure data integrity of master data information in the system of records (Oracle) and connected sub systems (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, OBIEE).
+ Create and implement a common methodology for gathering master data information from all modalities. Streamline data solicitation and entry processes to ensure timely release of products and part numbers.
+ Guide Marketing (Business Units) on maintaining the optimal number of Bill of Materials (BOMs) in the price book by liaising with IT to meet business needs.
+ Develop and maintain a governance document for master data processes for CMSU products from introduction to end of life with input from all stakeholders and participants.
+ Actively participate in the setting, review and revision of optimal pricing guidelines and targets for CMSU products and services.
+ Gain and maintain knowledge of current operational processes as they relate to GAAP, Sunshine Act, legal and regulatory compliance, and other data / IT security standards and requirements to understand their relationship to organizational processes and systems.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and Oracle is highly desirable. Experience in SQL preferred.
+ Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, multi-tasking, presentation, and organizational skills.
+ Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional financial and operations improvement teams.
+ Working knowledge of financial and accounting fundamentals.
+ 4 Year / bachelor's degree in business, Accounting/Finance, Information System, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
+ 5 years' experience working with Master Data and large field sales team in a complex business environment.
+ 3 years working with complex configurations, Equipment & Service Pricing, and Bill of Material (BOM).
+ Pay Information: Min. Salary of $97,900 to Max. Salary of $157, 500 (Annual Equivalency); DOE
