Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of IRS Code and regulations as they apply to defined contribution plans
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on day-to-day performance.
  • Drive recruitment process and training & development
  • Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the business.
  • Supervise and motivate team to work collectively and efficiently
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional team in the process of setting long term planning and analyzing (Quarterly Forecasts)
  • Must possess proven project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation and organization skills
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
  • Steady governance around existing control reports and assessing the potential improvement areas.
  • Ability to deal client or participant’s escalations independently
  • Qualifications and Experience Eligibility

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in total
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in money out function
  • Graduate or a master’s degree in any discipline
  • Good command in English, both written & verbal
  • Knowledge on STOCK, SBD, NOPY, AFT cost basis, Smart partial workaround, correctives, ZBL, & SR tickets are preferred
  • Skill Sets

  • Strong control mindset with an aptitude to identify & assess operational risk issues.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and be able to face Senior Management personnel with confidence and determination
  • Should be a self-starter and carry a proactive & positive approach.
  • Solution-driven approach
  • Ability to multitask and capable of delivering on multiple priorities
  • Able to grasp/learn new concepts, policies and procedures quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
  • Possess good analytical skills & influence a high-performance team
  • Work Timings

    6:30 PM – 3:30 PM IST- Need to be flexible with the shifts
