Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced **Manager – HR Shared Services (HRSS)** with strong expertise in **HRIS implementation and operations** , particularly **UKG Pro, Workday** , or similar enterprise HR platforms. The role will lead HR shared services delivery while partnering closely with HR, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and technology-driven HR operations. **Product-side knowledge or experience working with HR tech products** will be a strong advantage.
