Summary:
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of MAP service lines across all Lifespan stakeholders. Responsible for processes related to medication refill authorization prior authorization patient assistance program financial assistance and denial management.
Ensures MAP services are provided in accordance with established Lifespan policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations. Oversees MAP services provided to Lifespan affiliate patients under protocol and a fully executed collaborative practice agreement. Ensures compliance with RI General Law Title 5 Chapter 19.2 entitled Collaborative Pharmacy Practice.
Serves as primary contact for MAP and related services.
