    1. Field visits to countries

    2. For product issues, depending on criticality- Organize CUFT for specific product issues. Ensure issue is understood from a IB market perspective

    3.Mentor ASM’s from a Tehnical view point

    4. Monthly reports

    a. On Product Support activities

    b. Monthly update on New Product e.Launch schedule

    c. Consolidated list of Product Issues & resolution.
