Your Job:
We are looking for a Mgr, Project Manager to lead a team of Project Leaders responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. This role will drive business plan implementation, customer satisfaction, and profitability for assigned product lines.

Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and related roles
Drive implementation of annual business plans for target markets and industries
Monitor sales progress, forecasts, and profitability for assigned product lines
Ensure Molex Product Development Process (PDP) and procedures are followed
