Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service across restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas.
  • Understand team member roles well enough to step in and perform duties during staff absences.
  • Maintain service and sanitation standards in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
  • Review staffing levels and adjust as needed to balance guest service, operational efficiency, and cost control.
