Position Summary
The Manager, Administrative Systems is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and continuous optimization of Phoenix Childrens enterprise administrative systems portfolio. This role has primary accountability for the ERP platform, Workday, while also overseeing a broad ecosystem of non-ERP systems that support critical business functions across the organization. The position serves a diverse customer base that includes Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, PCCN, BioMed, Security, the Foundation, Gift Shop operations, and other administrative and departmental partners. The Manager ensures these systems are reliable, secure, integrated, and aligned to business needs, while delivering high-quality customer service and scalable solutions.
