A reputable company in the Travel & Tourism sector is looking for an experienced and dynamic MICE Manager.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive productivity and performance.
* Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management.
* Optimize resource allocation, manage budgets, and control costs.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
* Coordinate across departments to align business objectives and streamline workflows.
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in account management within the travel, tourism, or MICE industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
