Baleric Elements is a boutique DMC based on Mallorca and Ibiza, creating authentic, tailor-made experiences across the Balearic Islands. From concept to execution, we deliver conferences, meetings, incentives, and events with a strong focus on trust, creativity, and long-term partnerships.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Event Manager to support our team during the upcoming event season on Mallorca. You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and collaborate closely with our team both remotely and in person.
This is a seasonal position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages such as German, French, Swedish, or Danish are a plus)
Proven experience in event management, ideally within an agency
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential
