ESAF Small Finance Bank is looking for following roles for Microbanking vertical in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

  • Zonal Head: Graduate with 15+ Years in micro finance sector and having experience in handling leadership role. 
  • Regional Head: Graduate with 10+ Years in micro finance sector and having experience in handling team. 
  • Cluster Head: Graduate with 8 Years of experience in spearheading large microfinance branches / multiple Branches
  • Area Quality controller: Graduate with 5 Years of experience in heading microfinance branches
  • Customer Service Manager: Graduate with 4 Years of experience in handling microfinance branches
  • Assistant Customer Service Manager: Graduate with 2 Years of experience in handling microfinance operations
  • Customer Service Officer / Executive – Plus 2/ 12th std or above with 1 year of experience in handling microfinance operations. Freshers who are open to field work can apply
