Design, develop and facilitate short, bite-sized, traditional and non-traditional courses, such as online, video-based, playlists, gamification, chat sessions, virtual and much more, in a variety of times and locations in response to the needs of business and industry. Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction by incorporating technologies into learning and development initiatives. Leverage technology processes and platforms administered by Corporate Services Department. Develop and utilize a variety of learning techniques and methods to differing audiences. Maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients, employees, colleagues and the community.

Review, evaluate, recommend, and effectively use corporate training materials.
