Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork to promote micro finance loan products
- Source and evaluate potential borrowers through client interviews and background checks
- Process loan applications and ensure completeness of required documents
- Monitor loan releases, repayments, and collections
- Maintain accurate client records and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist clients by providing basic financial guidance and support
- Willing to be assigned to different locations as required by the company
Qualifications
- Willing to be trained and eager to learn
- Willing to be assigned in other areas
- Willing to stay in (if required)
- Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
- Must have a Certificate of Employment (Hard Copy)
