Pay: ₱20,000.00 - ₱23,000.00 per month

HIRING: MICRO FINANCE ASSOCIATE (LENDING) – FULL TIME

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and promptly respond to collection-related email inquiries
  • Ensure all emails are addressed in a timely manner with no pending messages left unattended
  • Provide professional and accurate responses to client concerns via email
  • Prepare and send standardized email communications to maintain consistency with clients
  • Record results and assist in collection strategy testing using Viber, SMS, WhatsApp, and other platforms
  • Conduct skip tracing to locate client contact details and update them in the system
  • Maintain accurate and updated account information in the collection system
  • Assist in monitoring employee timekeeping and coordinate dispute concerns
  • Regularly test competitor mobile applications and websites to evaluate features, usability, ...
