Job Title : M365 & Security Analyst
Certification :
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- ITIL Foundation
- Enterprise Authentication or Identity Federation Training (vendor or internal)
- AI-related training or certification will be considered an added advantage
Experience : Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in M365 & security
Responsibilities :
M365 Administration
- Manage user provisioning, mailbox creation, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and overall tenant configurations
- Monitor service health, implement governance policies, and troubleshoot collaboration tool issues
M365 Security & Email Protection
- Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and Defender for Office 365
- Monitor and respond to phishing, spam, and malware threats via Defender, Mimecast, or Proofpoint
- Perform security incident response and impact assessment in alignment with SOC practice...
