Job Qualification


Mandatory Skills: ITIL Cross Functional Service Management .
Experience: 8-10 Years 
Serves as the escalation contact for hosting or housing matters related to "Ariake DC," "Equinix DC," and "Ishikawa DC."
Acts as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding Private Cloud, internal cloud, and servers outside support.
 Manages shared storage operations for project, specifically for Japan region assignments.
 Handles SSO (Single Sign-On) user management tasks, including user addition, deletion, password resets, registration requests, and related inquiries (e.g., junction additions, deletions, and updates).
 Acts as a point of contact for Wintel, Linux, Storage, and Backup, along with Aono-san.


Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
