Cloud Infrastructure Expert
The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure to meet the client's business needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in managing Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and Office 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing secure and scalable infrastructure solutions using Microsoft products such as Azure, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams.
- Maintaining existing infrastructure by performing routine checks for availability/performance issues.
- Solving technical problems associated with server/storage hardware utilizing various tools (sccm windows update active directory exchange).
- Promoting adherence to ITIL-based incident/problem management principles ensuring timely updates are given to stakeholders.
