About the Internship

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated interns who want real, hands-on experience building Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Agents used in real enterprise environments.

This is not a basic learning internship or theory-only role. You’ll work closely with experienced developers and founders to design, build, and deploy real Copilot solutions for clients.

If you are passionate about Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, automation, and modern Microsoft 365 development, this is a strong opportunity to level up fast—and potentially convert into a long-term freelance or full-time role.


What You’ll Work On

As a Copilot / AI Agent Developer Intern, you will:

  • Assist in designing and building custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
  • Work on Microsoft Foundry–based agents, including:
  • Agent flows & orchestration
  • Tool / action configuration
  • Memory, grounding, and context strategies
  • Support AI prompt engineering, including:
  • System prompts
  • Instruction tuning
  • Context optimization
  • Safety & response control
  • Help implement RAG-based grounding using:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Dataverse
  • Microsoft Graph
  • External APIs
  • Build and enhance SPFx components to:
  • Surface Copilot experiences in SharePoint
  • Extend Copilot interactions with custom UI
  • Integrate Copilot agents with:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint
  • Outlook (where applicable)
  • Work with Power Automate flows connected to Copilot agents
  • Learn how to handle authentication, authorization, and tenant security
  • Assist in debugging, optimizing, and documenting Copilot agent solutions


Required Skills & Background

We’re flexible on formal experience, but you must have strong fundamentals and hands-on exposure.

Mandatory (Must Have)
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Copilot Studio
  • Understanding of Microsoft Foundry agent concepts
  • Knowledge of:
  • Agent flows & orchestration
  • AI prompt engineering basics
  • Familiarity with SPFx (TypeScript, React preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • Power Automate
  • REST APIs & JSON
  • Microsoft Graph (basic level)
  • Experience or exposure to SharePoint Online / Dataverse
You don’t need enterprise delivery experience—but you must be willing to learn fast and work seriously.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
  • Azure OpenAI or AI Builder exposure
  • Multi-agent or task-based agent concepts
  • Microsoft 365 / Power Platform certifications
  • Prior internships, freelance work, or serious personal projects
  • GitHub projects, demos, or screenshots of Copilot/AI work
