Key Responsibilities


  • Design and develop conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio for IT support use cases.
  • Build workflow orchestration using Power Automate integrated with enterprise systems.
  • Develop custom backend integrations and extensions using .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs.
  • Integrate Copilot solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow using standard and scripted REST APIs.
  • Implement secure authentication, role‑based access, and enterprise‑grade compliance.
