JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio for IT support use cases.
Build workflow orchestration using Power Automate integrated with enterprise systems.
Develop custom backend integrations and extensions using .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs.
Integrate Copilot solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow using standard and scripted REST APIs.
Implement secure authentication, role‑based access, and enterprise‑grade compliance.
Design Adaptive Cards for rich user interactions inside Microsoft Teams.
Build Copilot extensions using .NET Power Automate and Graph API for workflow automation and conversational AI.
