Microsoft Copilot Studio-Senior Developer

We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents .
• Build complex topics, actions, workflows, variables, plugins, and custom extensions in Copilot Studio.
• Architect end-to-end Copilot-powered solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder).
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Azure services , API Management , external systems, and enterprise data sources.
• Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) , escalation paths, fallback logic, and advanced conversation orchestration.
• Optimize bot performance using analytics, telemetry, usage data, and conversational metrics .
• Develop and review custom connectors , Azure Functions , Logic Apps , and integration frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of total work experience required
• Minimum 2 years hands-on in Microsoft Copilot Studio / PVA.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Solid experience integrating solutions using Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
• Strong understanding of LLM-driven bots , prompt engineering, generative AI features, and custom plugin design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework (advantageous, not mandatory).
• Ability to design scalable, secure Copilot solutions following center of excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Experience with ALM , Git integration, environment management, and solution deployment in Power Platform,
• Strong communication and client-facing experience for requirement gathering and solution workshops.
